Change and remove DEP administrator account

I have questions regarding Device Enrollment Program.

Q1: When administrators retired and changed role in the organization, is it possible to change or remove DEP administrator account?

Q2: When administrators' contact information has been changed (i.e. name, phone number), is it possible to overwrite such information? how?

I have this exact same question. I'd like to edit and remove accounts.

I've not been able to edit any details from the existing account, only change/ remove permissions.
